Project Management and Traceability Engine (P-MATE)

P-MATE is an integrated tool/software that is used by our consultants at no cost to our clients. This is a JTSi tool that can import documents that contain project information. P-MATE organizes project information into categories and allows versions, and quickly generate customize reports in support of technical and managerial tasks. The following is a sample table that list the capabilities offered by P-MATE and provides examples of the type of information that can be entered for each category.

• Business Processes. Organizational unit descriptions, standard forms, business terminology definitions and acronyms, business procedures, others.
• Business Rules. Standard Operating Procedures or Guidelines, Federal Regulations, form instructions, procedures instructions.
• Risk Management. Project Risks/ Assessments and standard data elements associated risk regulations.
• Contractual Requirements. Business and technical requirements per the Statement of Work, client communications, and facilitated sessions.
• Test Scenarios. Use cases, expected results, test data, test results, policy, laws.
• Trouble Tickets. Description of problem, risk, issues and concerns.
• Work Flows. Diagrams showing a business process execution/flow.
